One of the map "exploration achievements" that you can work on, is collecting all the "Vistas" - special locations across Tyria (that typically involve jumping/climbing puzzles), where you get a panoramic sweeping view of the landscape around you. I've nearly completed all of them, so here's 165 of them that I've gathered so far... (okay, the last one is a battle scene, not a Vista, but hey - it's cool!).

Enjoy these unaltered, uncropped screenshots (just click on any picture to view larger, detailed version in slideshow format); and yes, this is exactly how the game renders as well - same level of detail (the LOD fade of distant objects is done really well in GW2 - things seem to seamlessly downgrade to a lower detailed texture mesh before fading completely from view; whatever technology they're using is very immersive!)
