PMS Raid Nite #1

Oh what an EPIC NITE!  Today saw the first-ever, ladies only, PMS Raid Nite on the Dwarrowdelf server.  After a week of messaging back and forth, we all gathered outside the Bree skirmish camp for some photos.

Here's one of the better group photos from the night, Guinan was busy getting lost in Bree trying to find us, so she didn't make this photo (but you'll see her later on).

As we started to gather at the appointed time, we were enjoyably entertained by Bee's Glee Club.  Awesome music ladies!

The flowers were in full bloom in anticipation of our arrival.  Beeyoutifull tried to get us to all dress in white, but well, that idea was veto'd pretty quick by those of us more colourfully oriented.  (I mean come on, we can't NOT have yellow-pants girl!)

Sorry, but my camera seemed to pick up a smudge during this photo.  A great group of girls regardless!

Oops, more smudges.  I really have to check my lens more carefully next time.  Oh, and that non-female to the right?  Let's just say that if I had not been in a very forgiving and tollerable mood tonight, yer arse would have been insta-ban-reported to Turbine for the detrius flowing out of your mouth.  Thankfully, one idiot shall not dampen our feminine evening of fun!

Here all eleven of us are resting at the throne room inside one of the Barrow Downs public dungeons.  Whee fireworks and everything!  Oh, and that small, male, hobbit in the background is a statue.  It can't possibly be Steallth, because there are NO BOYS ALLOWED tonight!

After tormenting and clearing out wights in the Barrow Downs, we headed into the Helegrod Drake Wing to help some members clear out some deeds and quests.  Before getting started, Beeyoutifull fusses about the group getting us all in position for a great picture.

Ta-da!  Guinan, Erlilda, Lunelleth, Sarharien, Beeyoutifull, Pialia, Pritella, Illissia, Eosin, Tyra and Aiseki pose for a great shot.

More carnage ensues, as one of the drakes breaks Erl's nail, and wrath is unleashed.

I'm not sure who caught fire at this point (ouch, that's gonna hurt later), but we had great healers keeping us alive and invigorated.

Dang!  This was SUCH an epic screen cap in the making, but I clicked half a second too soon.  I wanted to capture the amazing lightning effects coming out of Pialia, but as you can see, I shot early, and the lightnight strike is just darkly forming... thank goodness I don't suffer from epileptic seisures though, 'cause it was a crazy light show in there tonight!

This was a cool shot of Lunelleth unleashing a shock-wave blast at one of the worms.

A cacaphony of strikes hits a bunch of the hatchlings in our midst.  Where does Pialia find the time to read that novel she carries with her?!?  ;)

Uh oh.  Guess who lost the thumb wars with Bee?  Yep - Sarharien and Pialia pull platform duty while the rest of the group goes on a drake/hatchling smack-fest.  We waved, danced and searched for snowballs to toss at each other.  Sadly mine had melted and I was just left wet.

As the group carried on working on the 90 hatchling quest, I had to bail for a personal kid emergency, so this is my parting shot as the group heads on into Helegrod.

Ladies, you are awesome!!!  Such a pleasure to meet you all, and spend a couple hours together doing something a little different.  Looking forward to our next organized get together... say in 28 days?  >.<  LOL  Okay, so maybe sooner... stay tuned!
