Some of us had a little more difficulty with the transition than others. Strutting around like a chicken and clucking did not count. Poor Toa. :( lol
The event was a race - from Sanderson's Farm near Michael Delving, to the camp at the center of Tinnudir in Evendim. If you died, you could re-start, but first three chickens to find Toa on the island of Tinnudir, would win.
While waiting for a few kinmates to finish up the chicken intro quests, the group of us messed around at the starting line. I don't think Toa knew what to do with himself! One guy and all these chicks! ;)
I was practicing my hover-chicken skill. It's quite epic.
And we're off! Hulken lead the way, hoping to clear unexpected mobs from the race route, but sadly his little dwarvish legs couldn't keep up with our chicken-sprint power!
At the finish line - Breakerr, Kladun, and Reykja were the first three to finish. I died taking a wrong turn into the center of Annuminias, and couldn't get out from in the middle of 20 mobs. >.<
Raquelle also finished the race, making the top 4, while the rest of us who tied showed up to help celebrate.
Hey, what you lookin' at? Never seen a dwarf and a hot chick before? Stay away ladies, he's all mine! :)
Just me having a chicken-to-dwarf heart-to-heart with the drunk guy at the Bree fireworks show. I liked the random perspective my camera angle caught on this one.
Be warned - stand around the festivities in Bree long enough, and eventually the towsfolk throw you on the BarBQ!
Raquelle and I decided to harass some low-level Bree visitors after the race. Here we are following Glolagost through the middle of Bree. Everywhere he went, we went... for 15 minutes!
Just me and a couple of my cute kinmates :) Don't they make a cute couple!?
Sometimes it's hard to return to normalcy after a long time as a chicken. Every once in a while I find myself stopping at the coups in Galtrev to serenade my sisters-in-the-cluck. :)
Later on in the month I volunteered my services to PUGs all over the place. Here we are in some Moria instance.
Fire and light and glowy-ness for the win!
The Last Company ran a few instances this week - here we are battling through Tuckborough...
...and in Forges (bye, bye little goblin!)
Preparing for the last boss fight of Forges. Blow up the glowing hand of goo!
Love and hugs to all my fellow Dwarrowdelfians,
