Drama Llama

Oi vey!  It's been one of those crazy months... not only at work, but at home with exams for the eldest, and a lovely viral infection for my youngest.  Suffice to say, earned my keep as part teacher, coach, M*A*S*H surgeon and boredom entertainer.  >.<  All of this results in little blog & LOTRO time, so I figured I should catch up what I do remember from May and early June...

Got to run in to help with last boss in a Rift raid.  Great pug group!

Thankfully, these giants are not Scottish.  They kindly wore undergarments before coming into the office today. ;)

After only one wipe (due to a minor mix up of instructions causing half the group to be locked in a back room), we beat them all down to enjoy the loot and rewards!

A couple wipes learning the run-and-jump-like-headless-chickens phase, lots of incredible heals, and badda-boom!  We be done!

Sar earned her 2012 summer-fest steed, and (finally!) her big flower and new purpley outfit.

Also managed to score myself a new "Steed of the Jester" in one of the daily prize boxes!

Rose.  What more can one say?

When is too much rose, too much?  When it takes over Galtrev and the majority of the populace at centre court are all wearing the same thing... ;)

This is me relaxing during Rose-fest, before acquiring my own Rose set of clothing from a very generous Zulu.  (C'mon Gunar, you KNOW you want to pink it up with me...)

Sar the ... horse?!?  Yep!  Call me Miss Overly-Optimistic-Gal, but I pre-bought RoR, and have started working on the special 60-quest horse reward... you grind some daily quests (2 a day after an initial 10), and supposedly will unlock a mounted combat skill.  I'm only about a third of the way through so far.

Khel was out with us running Limlight dailies, and decided to, well... solo it, before the group was all accounted for and back from afk.  I decided to keep him warm in... I mean "by" my fire.  ;)

Pretty horse, Sarharien!  :)  Another horse session play complete!  Was hilarious running around helping lower-level toons running around after bears and trolls.  One rear-double-kick to the head and they were dead!  :D
