Base Jumping Goblins

I love finding interesting and unique NPC behaviours all over middle earth, and Rise of Isengard has not disappointed!  :)  When running the daily repeatable Isengard quests inside the ring, there's a part where you end up hunting down ten goblin engineers.  Most of them are found in a Mario-like platform and tunnel area...

I know it's maybe a bit twisted, and I'm sure PETG organization (people for the ethical treatment of goblins) will complain, but when you're on the platforms (as a hunter), try shooting goblins across the way on the other platforms.  They run at you, fall off their platform, and base jump to their death on the gears below.  HILARIOUS fun!  Especially if someone's on the other platform trying to farm them (swipe their agro and watch them jump!).  Hehe.

Did I mention how much fun I'm having with the new cosmetics?  So many choices!  :D

My "son" Acidor was questing this past week in his mad push to hit 75.  I ran a bunch of skirmishes with him to help him level (and because I needed the SMs for boosting my soldier).

Although the fight wasn't pretty (hate those spewy-yellow worms), I did manage to capture him leveling up to 75!

Afterwards, we took a regal stroll into Galtrev in celebration.  Acidor got all gussy'd up for the occasion. :)

Here we are about to run school/library - the Three Amigos in our colourful, matching outfits.

Managed to find a PUG group running the Culling Pit - four rounds of fighting (remember to turn in your quests between each round!) and quite fun.  A must to have a skilled healer who can avoid agro AND a good solid tank.  Most of us were L75 which made it much easier.

Here's the last boss in the Culling Pit.  I think he was referencing his love for mashed potatoes here, but well, his language skills were a bit lacking.

Just an enjoyable shot of waterfalls in Middle Earth.  :)

Joined a bunch of 12-man raids this past week.  Great way to level up item XP, earn skirmish marks, and have a chance at rolling on the new worn symbols.  Sadly, no symbol earned, but lots of fun!

One of the best epic slomo visuals in LOTRO... Broin killing Mazog in the Battle in the Tower.

Uh oh... a dark cavern, FILLED with gold... and heavy breathing combined with a... flashlight?

CRAP!  Draigoth!  RUNNNN!!!  :D

Joined in with Ainur's runs against Draigoth the dragon this past week.

Some pretty epic visuals and dialogue built into that instance, though the dragon's a bit dumb as to where we are until we start messing with his treasure...

...then he's all feet and claws for most of the fight.

Another view of Draigoth.

Down for the count!  Every time we kill his four feet, he falls to the cavern floor to get beat on for a few FMs.

Then it's back to more appendage smashing...

Here we are re-gathering after a wipe - great chance to see Draigoth hovering in flight in the middle of the cavern.

Although we didn't complete dragon while I was in the group, Ainur beat him later in the week and I caught Jacbo the Red (I WILL get that title one day!), jumping around on the top of the vault post in Galtrev.

Been spending some time out in the Moors this past week trying to achieve Rank 8.  After a few days, I finally ranked up.  Many thanks to the lovely Vintrilrat for helping me out.  ;)  Luvs ya! <3

Love and hugs to all my fellow Dwarrowdelfians,
