Found myself needing a quick ride up to Forochel to hand in a quest and open up that region for me. Passed through this beautiful flower field in northern Evendim on the way. Rudolf even came out to say hello (must be summering here before heading back to the pole).
A little later on in the day, Setha and Casablancas asked me to join them for a little GB Thadur fun. Seems they were having some trouble squashing the lights before the last boss, and wanted some assistance.
So banjo in hand (ok, harp, but a girl can dream, right?), we headed in. I was REALLY hungry after Banoon joined with his large GummyBear (don't know about you but I love the red ones!). Took a couple attempts for us to get our groove on, but eventually we got the lovely wooden chest (and no, GummyBear doesn't count for an entry in my weekly prize pool). ;)
I was getting sent back into the northern Misty Mountains for some goblin and warg quests, so I pulled out my winter warmies and went in search of Glorwen. Sadly, just found her bow and cape.
A little further along the hillside had me face to face with some lovely L49 Fissure-worms. Lovely XP given I'm still just L46 at the moment. The giant scales they drop are a nice easy source of coin though!
Found myself at a glowing antler up on the hillside - made the mistake of touching it, and found myself surrounded by wargs and a really mean boss warg showed up and tried to put the claws to me. Thankfully with some of my new legendary traits and special instruments, I was able to finally get him to back off and leave me alone. Now some elf maiden seems to need rescuing from Goblin Town - but that's for another day.
Hello to Zorg, who I caught parading around in his bee cape in the 21st hall (logged in as Sarharien), he was being stalked by an oathbreaker. Was quite funny actually - because the oathbreaker wasn't his...
Then Zorg left and the ruddy git-of-a-ghost decided to pick on me for a while. Seems he enjoys breathing down my neck while I'm crafting leather. <shiver> Creeper. Ew.
On my last jaunt of the day out from Bree, I had the unusual surprise to find myself riding a pony during swift travel. So very bouncy in the saddle those little horseys are... don't know how hobbits and dwarves stand it!
Love and hugs to all my fellow Dwarrowdelfians,
Kierraen -- Minstrel of Delightful Octaves of Pain
